US Shipping and Processing
All domestic orders, except for the Large Bronzes, are shipped via UPS within 48 hours Monday-Friday. Our shipping and handling charges reflect the rates our shipping partners charge us to package and deliver your purchases in the best conditions possible. Please call us at 970.949.5628 if you need to ship to PO or APO boxes. We are available to help you Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm (Mountain Standard Time).
Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high volume orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. Purchases will generally arrive within 5-7 business days. Business days do not include holidays.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. We are not responsible for, and are excused from, performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather related delays, work stoppages or delays, or other unexpected circumstances.
Shipping of Large Bronzes and Furniture
Additional delivery time is required for the Large Bronzes and Furniture items. Shipping cost is included in the pricing for the Large Bronzes only. We will call you with a shipping quote for the Furniture items as needed. The Large Bronzes and Furniture items will be delivered to the billing address unless noted in Special Instructions at checkout by clicking on “Add a note to your order.” These items must be ordered individually and cannot be combined with other products at checkout.
If you are in need of Rush Delivery on your order, please call us 970.949.5628. We are available to help you Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm (Mountain Standard Time). Rush service is not available for out of stock or oversized items. Business days do not include holidays.
For orders to be shipped outside the continental US, please call us at 970.949.5628 and we’ll let you know of shipping costs, carrier information, and customs/duty charges if applicable. We are available to help you Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm (Mountain Standard Time).

When a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, it will be provided on the order confirmation email you receive. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
If an item on the site is out of stock and on backorder, we will ship you the rest of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged additional shipping and handling fees for the second shipment. In the event that the item does not become available again, we will contact you.
